Structura Technologies directly and in conjunction with its strategic partners (Western Forms), delivered in excess of 525,000 housing unit solutions in 2013 in over 45 counties. The only viable answer to the question of how to resolve the global housing deficit is through the use of a totally integrated production delivery system. This produces a rapid and significant quantity of high quality homes, as seen in Mexico and South America {link housing projects MX – i.e. QUMA, VK2, etc}.
Working with a global network of construction companies, Structura Technologies International provides a management team and also a turnkey solution for mass-housing projects and mixed-use community developments. Structura Technologies International provides the training and mentoring required to develop an unskilled labor force sufficient to completing projects of size in Africa, the Middle East, and anywhere worldwide.
Our goal is to continue to partner with developers, general contractors, and government institutions in an effort to mitigate the effects of a global housing deficit. To do this requires a solution that also employs the local workforce to build affordable homes and communities.
